Göran Olofsson (in the picture above) is a Swedish Native, who came across this
Marc Jacobs scarf that looked just like the one his dad created back in the 1950's. There were only a couple of thousands made, but somehow the scarf must have end up in the U.S. He is really upset and demands an explanation. Although he has been trying to reach
Marc Jacobs, he has yet to hear back from him.
In all honesty, the only difference between the 2 scarves are the; color of the border and instead of saying "Lindell" (a small town in Sweden) now is replaced by "
Marc Jacobs since 1984".
If the designer does not proof that he has somehow acquired the rights to the scarf he might be in some serious trouble..............just when everything seem to be going peachy for
MJ.
