Rachel Bilson is partnering with DKNY to create a Junior Sportswear Line named Edie Rose. Bilson is know from her role in the 'O.C" and she's also in the new movie "Jumper'. WWD reports that Rachel Bilson contacted DKNY to see if they would be interested in collaborating with her and seen that Ms. Bilson stays on the 'best-dressed' lists this was a win-win opportunity for DKNY and a great business move for Bilson.  The Edie Rose for DKNY will consist of 15 pieces and will launch in September 08.  It would be sold along the lines of DKNY Jeans, such as Macy's, Lord & Taylor and Nordstrom. Bilson has been taking time off the entertainment world to mainly focus on learning about the fashion industry and how everything comes together.  This line will be affordable as she wants all her fans to be able to afford it without breaking the bank.  Prices will also be along DKNY Jeans line so I'm guessing anything from $30 and up.  See some pics from the collection.
