Stephen Hill (left) always looks crazy! Anyway, Mary J. Blige hosted the "Heart of the City" Wrap Up Party last night at Spotlight Lounge.  The event was produced by DSA Media.  Now, I would have had my own pics, but I was extra late getting to the red carpet.  Most of the celebs didn't even walk the red carpet anyway, so I guess didn't miss much.  It was a regular Spotlight Live! event with a lot of hoopla outside, and you all know I don't have much patience. I went inside for a few minutes, but I'm was extra tired, and it was hot inside, so I quickly left.  We'll just have to rely on Wireimage pics for this time. More after the jump!  Stephen Baldwin made a random appearance at this event. That's what's up, though. I wish I would have seen him.
