Bruno Jamais 24 E. 81st St. (5th & Madison Aves) Upper East Side 212-396-3444 This is where the black card holders go for a night of clubbing without all the hoopla of a velvet rope and bouncers. The dining room is hid behind a sliding wine wall that holds no vintage less than three figures and that is on the cheap end. Caviar is a staple on each table, as are the baubles the size of eyeballs.
