If Mashonda and Swizz Beatz baby boy isn't the cutest thing I've ever seen, I don't know what is. The WEEN "Don't Judge Me...Empower Me" panel went down this past Saturday at the Hammerstein Ballroom.  We got an invite to attend from the lovely Mikelah of Style and Vibes, but when I got there, the line was completely off the chain and wrapped around the corner! I was glad to see so many women coming together for an event such as this. Notable females who participated in this event were Lil' Mama, Teyana Taylor, MC Lyte, Melyssa Ford, Alesha Renee, Letoya Luckett and Valeshia Butterfield.
