Cynthia Rodriguez says the divorce is due to A-Rod's "long period of infidelity" and his affair with Madonna was the last straw. Madonna insists,"I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage." The couple will send their high-priced legal teams racing to a family court in Miami this morning to fire the first shots in what is expected to be an ugly fight. The battle is over custody of their 11 week old baby, and A-Rod's multimillion-dollar baseball and commercial endorsement fortune.
