Celebs always get a smack on the wrist and a get out of jail free card. Yung Berg was arrested last Saturday in NYC after police responded to a limo driver's complaint about a dispute with the 22-year-old rapper. The court date was set to yesterday, by the way, he didn't even appear and his gun charges were still dismissed by the judge. The guns found during the incident last weekend in New York , were actually possessed and owned by his security. Berg will, however, still have to answer to marijuana and menacing charges in December, that were related to the same incident.   SOURCE
