According to NyDailyNews, Kanye may not face felony charges because the camera he broke was not even $400 dollars of value.

"The thing Kanye had was a detachable flash. It's not of felony value" A source says.

As for Kanye's manager, Don Crowley, he may not get away so easy. Since the video shows Crowley breaking a costly camera and then ludging at the TMZ camera man with a fist, it may be difficult for Crowley to ditch a felony charge.
