Justin Timberlake is in talks to opening up a second location in Chelsea for his sucessful BBQ restaurant/bar "Southern Hospitality". The first location is in the Upper East Side of NYC, which he opened up in 2007.  According to New York Magazine, Justin and his business partners Trace Ayala and Eytan Sugarman  have singled out a space on 6th Avenue for a rent of around $35,000 per month.
