Kanye West Weighs in on Chris Brown & Rihanna
Rumors are flying around all over the net about what really went down with Chris Brown and Rihanna before the Grammys this past Sunday. There is a lot of he say/she say going on, and a lot of "sources" are coming out of the woodworks claiming that they saw this and that. However, no reps for Chris Brown or Rihanna have come forward to make statements or reveal what really happened between the couple on that night.
Friends to the couple, such as T.I. and others, have also been affected by the situation, and now Kanye West is the latest to make a statement:
"I was completely devastated during the performance," West said, referring to his Grammy performances. "Rihanna is so important to our culture ... to pop music," said West. "I feel like she is the most important artist in music and has the most potential. Her taste level and her age ... she has the potential to be the greatest artist of all time. In that sense, I feel like that's my baby sis, I would do any and everything to help her in any situation."
No one really knows what happened, but we do know that many of Chris Brown's endorsement deals, have been put on hold because of the charges that were brought against him. Whether or not we get to the bottom of what really happened, I just hope that both Chris Brown and Rihanna are okay, andboth are able to eventually put this behind them.
