Jamie Foxx returns to the big screen on April 24th 2009. His new movie, "The Soloist" is based on the true story of musical prodigy Nathaniel Ayers, who developed schizophrenia in his second year at Juliard and ended up homeless on the streets of downtown L.A where he plays his violin and cello. The film explores Ayers' relationship with Steve Lopez (Robert Downey Jr.), an L.A Times reporter whose column inspired the script. The preview has been said to leave folks with tears in their eyes.
