Yesterday Usher introduced his new teen protégé, 15 year old Justin Bieber during a sit-down lunch at The Sunset Tower Hotel in LA. When I read about this at Billboard.com , I was asking myself who is Justin Bieber? So I googled him and I must say this boy that comes from Canada has some serious vocal skills on him.
