This isn't one of ATF's typical No M'aam's (half naked, booty poppin', in the club), but damn did Shar Jackson not get the memo that she was attending a red carpet event? Why do all of the other attendees look *fabulous* on the red carpet at the 102.7 KIIS-FM's Wango Tango 2009 event and Miss. Jackson is looking like she just rolled out of bed?
