Jay-Z and Roc4Life.com confirmed TODAY that Jiggaman will be touring with Ciara starting July 3rd, 2009. This is definitely unexpected news, considering how up in arms everyone was about Ciara allegedly "swagger-jacking" Beyonce. This will no doubt be a great show, nonetheless.
