Keri Hilson, Jamie Foxx, Soulja Boy, NERD, Ryan Leslie and The Dream attended the award announcements at the BET studios in NYC yesterday. Beyonce, Rihanna, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne are also on the long list of nominees. Jamie Foxx is all set to host the event which will include performances by Beyonce, Maxwell and Ne-Yo.
