J. Hud Opens Up In The June '09 Essence Magazine
Jennifer Hudson covers the new June 2009 issue of Essence Magazine. She opens up about her memories with her mother as a child and her love for David Otunga aka Punk from "I Love New York". She tells Essence about her mom:
"I was always a mama's baby, I'd go and sleep in her bed until I was 15 years old."
Punk, I mean David tells Essence the couple does not talk about the devastating murder of her mother, brother and nephew. But he makes it known that she "doesn't have to worry about losing..." him; he's "always going to be right here." David also got permission from Hudson's mother to purpose.
"I love that. And he is such a gentlemen, like, I sit in the car waiting because I can't touch the door. I am not allowed!" says Jennifer.
Im so happy for the couple.
