Nope that sure isn't Amber Rose, it's her swagger jacker Solange Knowles, who was spotted running around LA with her hair shaved.  Hair is beautiful ladies!  What is up with these young women and bald heads? We wonder what her son had to say when she came home!  We love Solange over here at ATF, but not sure if we're feeling this new look on her her.
