We heard it was absolutely nuts in the Hammerstein ballroom last Thursday at the Grace Jones concert. We weren't able to make the performance, but according to Examiner.com, the show started out with a 30 foot high black tent with a silver triangle. Jones emerged like a wild animal in a zebra-like outfit with a long white fall, singing her new song, This is Life, from her new album Hurricane.
Are we surprised that she "emerged like a wild animal" at the opening of the concert? Of course not! Check out some clips after the jump.
