Kimora Simmons Makes an Appearance at JCPenney
As we mentioned earlier last week, the first JCPenney in Manhattan opened it's doors this past Friday. Kimora Lee Simmons was spotted shopping for some ties with Mayor Bloomberg, and she looked quite fab doing so! After shopping with the mayorthere was a "Fabulosity" runway show. Check out the pics.
