No Sir.. Method Man Sued for Shooting Fan
Rappers, we gotta do better. Former Wu Tang Clan member, Method Man shot a fan with a pellet gun after she asked him for an autograph. Instead of getting an autograph, Mary Anderson got hit six times in the stomach and chest. According to Chron.com, Anderson sued the rapper, whose given name is Clifford Smith, in Harris County District Court. She claims she sought an autograph after his Nov. 19 concert in downtown Houston when the incident occurred. She filed a police report
and was treated for minor injuries the next day. Method Man has not been served and is not charged criminally.
"She's doing OK," Horowitz said. She got an autograph, but he doesn't know if it is from Smith or another entertainer at the concert, Redman. According to the lawsuit, Smith was signing autographs for fans out of the back window of the bus after the concert. Anderson handed Smith her concert ticket to sign, but then he pulled out the gun and fired at her. She claims she was hit at least six times in the stomach and chest.
Now Method Man, was that really necessary?
