Kid Cudi's Album Listening Session Review

"Innovative & Creative...Kid Cudi's album is going to change the gameSylvia Rhone, Universal Motown Records, said as she introduced Kid Cudi's album, Man on the Moon: The End of Day. The staff from ATF was invited to an intimate album listening party for Kid Cudi held at Griffin in the trendy Meatpacking District. Many bloggers (Blogxilla, Lowkey, 2dopeboyz) and rapper 88 Keys was spotted bopping his head to the album. Track listing after the jump:
  1. In my Dreams (Cuddi Anthem)
  2. Soundtrack 2 My Life
  3. Simple As…
  4. Solo Dolo
  5. Heart of a Lion (Kid Cudi Theme Music)
  6. Day N Night (No brainer. Already a hit.)
  7. My World Ft. Billy Cravens
  8. Sky Might Fall- (Hot song, very upbeat.  Good riding in the car music)
  9. Enter Galactic (Love Connection Part 1)- (Like this song a lot.  Would be good to play at an upscale, trending club in the meatpacking district with a diverse crowd.  Very electronic sounding.)
  10. Alive ft RATATAT
  11. Cudi Zone
  12. Make Her Say feat Kanye West and Common
  13. Pursuit of Happiness
  14. 14. Hyyer Feat Chip the Ripper (Baby making music that you'd automatically do a body roll to.)
  15. Up Up & Away
I  agree with Meka, this isn't the type of album you want to listen to in the club with alcohol in your system, you might just want to shoot the DJ. But we would listen to the album in our car or while chillin' in the house. Definitely an IPOD must! Tini's Picks: Up Up & Away, Hyyer, Make Her Say, Enter Galactic, Day N Night, Heart of a Lion, Soundtrack 2 My Life. Ian’s Picks: Soundtrack 2 My Life, Solo Dolo, My World, Make Her Say, Hyyerr, Up Up & Away Aura’s Picks: Day N Night, Sky Might Fall, Enter Galactic, Hyyerr
