Jay-Z and Beyonce were spotted at Madison Square Garden this morning in NYC at a press conference for the "Answer The Call" Charity Concert.  This concert, to be held on 9/11/09, will benefit the familes of New York City police and firefighters killed on 9/11.

The fab couple was hanging out with music executive, Kevin Liles,  NY Governer David Patterson, and NYC Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta.  You can check out more pics after the jump...
