Rihanna's at it yet again.  She was spotted out heading to Phillipe Chow restaurant with her new blonde bangs and some serious legwork, then later that night partied at Avenue Nightclub. 

Those leather boots are the business!  Get 'em Rih, we don't think this girl's style ever fails, simply because of the way she carries herself.
