Spotted: Jay-Z on the Set of "Empire State of Mind" Video
Jay-Z was spotted yesterday at the World Trade Center shooting the video for his new hit single ft. Alicia Keys "Empire State of Mind". According to reports, Lil' Mama was no where in attendance. Unlike MTV, Jay-Z's security does not play.
