Newcomer Jay Sean, signed to Universal Republic, performed his smash hit, "Down", in NYC's High Line Park. The acoustic version of this track is sooo much better than the album version. Jay Sean can actually sing, but we aren't feeling his semi-rap skills. This performance was for the Yahoo! series Pepsi Smash.
