Christian Siriano, the Project Runway alum, debuted his Spring 2010 shoe collection for get this - Payless! Ankle booties, pumps and Mary Janes in shades of sand and blue were all over his runway and featured everything from straps to buckles to sequins. The line will be sold at Payless, who will tone the shoes down for the mass market, but big cities like NYC and LA will have original designs. Siriano also has a new book out Fierce Style, which is an autobiography/memoir and how-to (style tips, of course!) of fashion.  This 23-year old was introduced to the world through reality TV, but he has a lot of experience and credibility within this industry, having worked with bigtimers like Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen.  Be on the look out for this rising star, 15 minutes doesn't seem to be enough for him.
