Melania Reveals What She Really Thinks About Being First Lady - It's Not Good

Ever since President Donald Trump announced his candidacy, there have been questions swirling about on how First Lady Melania Trump feels about things. According to a source, she’s not feeling too swell about it these days.

As Inquisitr shares, the source claims that Melania is feeling ‘pressured’ to be ‘perfect’ in her new role.

While that’s just scuttlebutt from an insider, it’s not too hard to envision that being the case. Despite appearances, serving as First Lady is no picnic. Assuming that role requires you to be ‘on’ at all times.

There’s no such thing as having a day of not feeling it and staying under the covers, and frustrations can mount while you smile and wave for the cameras.

“She feels the pressure,” according to Federico Pignatelli, a long-time friend of the First Lady. “She always has to be kind, perfect, well-dressed, well-everything. It’s tiring. It’s a tough schedule. She has to be a mother, a first lady, the wife of a man as well.”

There might be some more substance to this theory than the other salacious tales that have made the rounds. There has been all sorts of speculation about marital troubles and whatnot, but those stories seem to simply be fare for the gossip pages.

“This report isn't as negative as several other reports that have claimed Melania Trump is suffering behind the scenes. Her spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, has shot down reports in the past in which sources tell magazines that the first lady is miserable and hates how her life has turned out,” Blasting News shares.

“Grisham has outright denied any such claims about Melania, insisting that she's supportive of her husband and understands the importance of her role.”

As Pignatelli explains it, the couple’s living arrangements work just fine for them.

“She has her own space and he has his own space, and they can sleep together a few nights and other nights not,” he added. “[Donald is] busy and thinking at night. He’s reflecting and doesn’t want to disturb her.”

Perhaps the occasional separation allows Melania to feel a little more relaxed with the pressures that come with the role. In any event, it’s something she’ll have to come to terms with - otherwise, it’s going to be a seriously long four years.

“Frederico alleges that the president and his wife have been living separate lives even after Melania Trump moved from Trump Tower to the White House. She may see him only once or twice a day and when he’s out golfing she’s usually shopping,” Inquisitr adds.

“Another source added that they sleep together maybe 'two or three times a week,' but Pignatelli noted that it’s not a bad thing because the couple has 'their own space.'”

While it’s easy to dismiss the reports on Melania’s troubles as problems that would be good to have, it’s not easy existing in the fishbowl that is life in the White House. On a positive note, she’s managed to handle herself with class and grace at all of her appearances, so it’s clear that the pressure doesn’t completely overwhelm her.
