Did Whitney Houston Predict Her Death?

Whitney

Sources close to the late singer Whitney Houston, who was found dead in her hotel room last Saturday, believe she predicted her own death.

In the final days leading up to her death, Whitney told friends she “really wanted to see Jesus” and “felt like her time was coming”.

Houston had been quoting passages from the Bible and had discussions with those close to her about the after-life.

The singer performed “Yes, Jesus Loves Me” at Tru nightclub in Hollywood on Friday night and afterward told her friends, “I’m gonna go see Jesus … I want to see Jesus”.

Sources close to her claim Whitney talked about a biblical passage just hours before she died about John the Baptist and Jesus.

Houston quoted Matthew 3:13 through 7, which reads, “Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. But John tried to deter him, saying, “I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?” Jesus replied, “Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” Then John consented”.

Houston told her close friend, “You know, he’s so cool … I really want to see that Jesus”.

Whitney’s funeral will be held at New Hope Baptist Church in New Jersey on Saturday.
