The Oscars were yesterday and of course the talk always turns to who was wearing what. We must say we were quite impressed with many of the gowns and fell in love with a few. Here are the top ladies that we thought were absolutely lovely:

Sandra Bullock looked lovely in all red. She wore a Vera Wang gown and VBH clutch to complete the look. Simple and classic. Amy Adams sparkled in a form fitting L'Wren Scott gown that we think is more blue than purple in color. The sparkles and color looking amazing on Amy. And while we are not in love with the necklace on the dress, she still pulls it off well.

Mila Kunis looked stunning in her Elie Saab Haute Couture gown that flattered her in style and color. The lovely lavender color dazzled and caught our attention right away. This is one dress we would love to wear. Anne Hathaway never disappoints on the red carpet, and for the Oscars she was another stunner in red. The Oscar host entered in a Valentino Haute Couture gown with a lovely train that she wore wonderfully.

We think Cate Blanchett's Givenchy Haute Couture gown could be a hit or miss, personally we loved it. This pale lilac dress went fabulously with her complexion and we love the yellow accents that make this gown very designer chic. And our personal favorite who we thought looked stunning walking on the red carpet is Ms. Gwyneth Paltrow herself. Gwyneth wore an amazing Calvin Klein Collection dress that fit her well and very very few people could pull off. Brava on looking fabulous!
