Its March and yes there is plenty of snow in the mountains to keep skiing

If you want a quick weekend trip to enjoy the snow now is a great time to head up to Tahoe and get in all the fun before the warm weather hits.

Be sure to check out Squaw Valley where it has everything you need in one place. Tons of great runs, a whole village that has shopping, restaurants, bars and more. The apres-ski festivities are fabulous and the part we look forward to. The skiing her great too, with so many runs to choose from. But not that the greens and blues at Squaw are definitely a touch harder than at other places

Sugar Bowl is also a great place to check out. Its small that Squaw, but still has well groomed runs and a good bar area for the apres-ski. If you need a lesson the instructors here are pretty awesome, funny and like to get right into skiing. They have a great learning area and really know how to teach the individual so you can get the most of your money.

No matter where you go try to make it up to the snow. Its simple to rent a cabin or stay in great resorts like Squaw, or the new Ritz Carlton that opened a couple of years ago and has great ski-in and ski-out access to Northstar Resort for great skiing.
